Marco is an Italian chef who comes from Lucca in the heart of Tuscany. He started working in kitchens as far back as 1990.
After years of experience cooking authentic dishes in various restaurants including his own, in 2012 he decided to move to Australia for a new adventure.
Here too, he has had many experiences in various restaurants in Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula. In the last five years he was Head Chef in a famous Restaurant and Celler Door.
Two years ago he met Laura, an English woman from Bath and who had been living in Australia a few years before him. In addition to being her biggest fan and supporter, Laura is for Marco a source of inspiration, courage and essential moral support.
For months, they had been dreaming about a future project to open a small gastronomy, suppling quality Italian produce from fresh homemade pasta, to the best salami, truffle products, and without forgetting the best wines.
In the most complicated moment for Australia and for the whole world with COVID 19, Laura and Marco have bet on their future together at 360 degrees.
